The proposal restates the adopted workforce baseline

The FY 2025-26 adopted Budget in Brief reports 31,996 positions. The FY 2026-27 proposal reports a restated FY 2025-26 baseline of 31,998. Comparison views use the restated baseline; adopted views retain the originally published adopted figure.

Published allocation and revenue percentages are rounded

The source publications warn that totals may not sum due to rounding. Dollar amounts and millage rates are exact audit gates; published percentages are verified as printed.
